PRUDENT INSURER
(благоразумный,осторожный страховщик) Теоретический страховщик, который до заключения страхового контракта должен ознакомиться со всеми важными фактами (material facts). Страхуемый не должен утаивать никакой информации, знание которой необходимо для того, чтобы благоразумный страховщик мог оценить риск.
